Absolutely wonderful products and exceptional customer service! I ordered a variety of bath bombs as a gift, and the recipient was absolutely thrilled with them. The order also included several samples and a lovely soap potpourri as thoughtful extras. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address when placing my order, so I contacted customer service for assistance. I was genuinely impressed by how helpful, responsive and personable they were. The level of individualized attention made the experience feel remarkably personal, something that is increasingly rare these days. To top it all off, I received two handwritten thank-you notes, one from each owner. That small but meaningful gesture perfectly reflected the care and thoughtfulness behind this business.
